I call at one and they had only ran the diagnostic test on it told me it would be end of day before it was fixed. When I checked back they told me the guy that was going to do the work was on vacation so I would need to come back? Third trip for the same problem they finally said they had the leak in the sunroof fixed, THEY DIDN'T! 4th trip, dropped the truck off. They didn't contact me so I called them the next day. They hadn't even looked at it! I told them it is probablythe drain tube but They won't listen to the customer. More

I called, made an appointment and when I arrived I was sent away because there weren't enough techs there to do They can't get appointments straight.
