A mistake made by the sevice technicians! The last time my car was serviced the oil filter was not tightened correcrtly and came loose, causing an oil leak. Once I noticed this and took it in I asked if my service charge would be less or get a discount since I had to bring it in early to be serviced. And no discount was to be allowed and the only thing I was offered was to join their rewards program. :-( More

If I was paying for this out of my pocket, probably would have already had this part put on. Which by the way, the part is only held on with 2 screws, and can be installed in less than a min. Recall notice on cruise control and service. The recall notice was on my cruise control, and I couldn't use it until the control module was reprogrammed. I also had my vehicle service and my tires rotated and inspected. My service advisor was very courteous and knowledgeable. He kept me updated on everything. My total time there was approximately one and a half hours. I am very satisfied with the service I received and would recommend this dealership. More
Negative I bought a car from Martin Kia 4 months ago. Granted I declined to PURCHASE a warranty on a 5 year old car and car was sold as is. However, I think it I bought a car from Martin Kia 4 months ago. Granted I declined to PURCHASE a warranty on a 5 year old car and car was sold as is. However, I think it is very poor practice to put a vehicle on the lot that is not in excellent running order!! Exactly one month in I took my car back to KIA because the service engine light came on. It was told to me that "it was just an old code that needed to be cleared"! Negative!! I had to have the vehicle towed back 3 mos later because it wouldn't stay running. It was sent over to dodge because it was a "used" vehicle. I was given an estimate of services needed that totaled over $1000 on a 5 yr old vehicle that I bought 4 mos ago. When I got my car back I was told "it didn't need everything we thought it did" which I'm thinking is great! NO! It says on my receipt that a complimentary "8 pt vehicle inspection was conducted" and that the car was driven, all codes cleared and up to factory specs. So I'm a happy camper and I leave...only for my car to continue doing exactly the same things it had been doing within less than a mile from the shop! Spitting, sputtering, wanting to die and not stay running! In the mean time I told them I was due for an oil change (which is supposed to be free for a year) and was told I would need to schedule that with KIA where I actually bought the vehicle. But hey "Martin Auto Plex" I guess I kinda thought they were all connected but obviously I got that wrong too! Anyway...I'm thinking ok...I had the vehicle towed because it wouldn't run. I would think in my experience one of the first things done in a shop when you have a car towed in would be to oh...check fluid levels...hmmm I obviously thought wrong on that too. So I'm not thinking about fluids as the issue...they fixed 1 of 3 things (oh and by the way...at least one of those codes was the same as "the old one that wasn't cleared at month one") I was told it needed so naturally I'm thinking well maybe it needed one of the other things after all! WRONG AGAIN! I took my car to another mechanic and he immediately checked my fluids FIRST...and it was 3 quarts low on oil...after being told "it was driven and running well, all codes were cleared, vehicle meets factory specs oh and that an 8 point complimentary vehicle inspection was done (which again, I would think includes checking fluids" oh and tires!! I have a bad tire sensor..."but that has to be fixed by the chevy dealer"! Oh and those codes...the other mechanic hooked it up to his machine FOR FREE...after I paid $100 diagnostic charge and low and behold the same codes for the stuff that wasn't fixed were still there! However, those codes were not what was making the car run so poorly! Needless to say I could have blown the motor and been screwed because of their negligence and my trust in a dealer that sell me a good car! Never again will I deal with "Martin" anything after being without a vehicle for a week and having to deal with all of this! Oh and lets discuss "REV Rewards" "FREE loaner car with major repair" well I guess $1000 worth of work doesn't constitute a major repair because I could not get a loaner. So you asked for a review...you got it!! I am extremely angry and disappointed and will let everyone I know to never go to "Martin Auto Plex" for anything!! So in conclusion…there are honest reputable mechanics in this world but I would not consider Martin Dodge service department to be honest or reputable!! And I guess I will just include all things Martin since I bought a five year old lemon thinking I was getting a decent used vehicle! Sincerely a disgusted “former” customer!!! More

Bought 2018 jeep wrangler. Bad wind noise in windshield. Can not get service manager to solve problem. Left vehicle with service department and service manager said all Jeeps have this problem.
