A quick check of our I phone showed us Martin Dodge Jeep Chrysler was our nearest option for repairs. We drove in with fingers crossed and were welcomed heartily, ushered to the waiting room and made comfortable as the Martin team tore into our problem. It took a while but we were repaired and back on the road within 4 hours as good as new. We have now completed 3200 additional miles of travel without a hitch. More

Recall work and service. I have a 2017 Ram and a 2015 Durango. Both had recalls that involved reprogramming. I scheduled one at 9am and the other at 10am. Both were done quickly and the Durango got both oil change service and tire rotation with the recall work all done at the same time. I have a 2016 Chrysler 300 I will be getting serviced at the end of the month and I expect it will go off without a hitch. They are accommodating me while I go out of town. Curtis sold two of my vehicles to me and he’s great! Dealerships can be tough to deal with but so far I’ve been very happy with everything here. More

First Oil change Had appointment for oil change, went in service department. Service manager was busy trying to help another customer so waited my turn. He said his lube guy had quit so short handed, I explained that I needed to be in another town in 3 hours and he made sure he got it done in less than an hour and got me out of there..So far I haven't had any issues that would cause me to say anything against them. I've been reading other reviews and will continue to check them out.. I will check for leaks & fluid levels. And other reviews mentioned Curtis they I agree with, he is a fantastic person.. More

A mistake made by the sevice technicians! The last time my car was serviced the oil filter was not tightened correcrtly and came loose, causing an oil leak. Once I noticed this and took it in I asked if my service charge would be less or get a discount since I had to bring it in early to be serviced. And no discount was to be allowed and the only thing I was offered was to join their rewards program. :-( More

Service dept SUCKS!!!! Tried to make an appointment to get a warranty part installed and can not get any help. Called twice and both times they cut me off.
