Always good service I have purchased two new vehicles from Martin and have those and a third one serviced there. All three are Chrysler products. I never have issues getting my vehicles serviced. I have even been accommodated without an appointment. The guys are great and the shuttle service is awesome. Very happy with these guys. More
Problems during trip My wife and I were traveling to Nashville from Owensboro KY and as we neared Bowling Green the Service Transmission light came on and the vehicle bega My wife and I were traveling to Nashville from Owensboro KY and as we neared Bowling Green the Service Transmission light came on and the vehicle began to operate sluggishly (not able to accelerate going up hills). My wife Googled the issue and found advice to stop the vehicle, restart and that should help the issue until we could get to a dealer. We did that, however the Service Transmission light returned. I then asked my wife to Google the nearest Jeep dealer in the area which brought us to Martin's. I went into the Service Department and was greeted by William K Stuart (Service Adviser). I explained the situation and that we were passing through to visit some friends in Nashville for the day. They were obviously busy so I thought it might be a situation where we would have to return home instead of proceeding with our trip, Although his transmission specialist was out with a death in the family, he spoke to another tech and they decided to conduct a diagnostics on the Jeep to see if they could discover the problem. William stated that this usually happens with older, high mileage Jeeps (change fluid) - however, ours was a 2015 with only 37k miles. Once they performed the diagnostics, they discovered the following (from the invoice): "Jeep in limp mode run on laptop found tsb for this concern flash tcm and pcm perform quicklearn on transmission and test drive clear dtc." They informed us they could fix the problem and have us back on the road very soon. My wife and I both were so appreciative to both William and the technician for getting us in quickly, assessing the problem, making the needed adjustments and getting us back on the road to our destination. I believe if it wasn't for William's genuine concern, we would have missed an opportunity to visit a friend I had not seen in over 40 years. Thank you Martin's for employing people like William who display understanding and kindness to those who walk into their shop. Although I don't live in Bowling Green, I will always remember the kindness and wonderful service we received from your dealership. BTW, we had a wonderful visit with our friends and returned home safe and sound with no additional troubles with the Jeep. Respectfully, John & Dee Bryenton Owensboro, KY More

SERVICE DONE I took my Ram 3500 in for a PCM update and it works great now. I did ask that none of the creature comforts be adjusted like the steering wheel, seat I took my Ram 3500 in for a PCM update and it works great now. xxxxing terrible I had to wait 5 day to replace a thermostat. I was told they couldnt confirm if the work was covered through warranty so I had to wait 4 days for this I had to wait 5 day to replace a thermostat.
