Very positive buying experience I had been looking for a used Dodge Challenger for a couple years and finally I started getting serious about buying one. I saw that the Martin Dealer I had been looking for a used Dodge Challenger for a couple years and finally I started getting serious about buying one. I saw that the Martin Dealership had one and I thought I would stop in and check it out. As I was walking to thedoor I was thinking "Okay guys fresh meat is here so come and get you some" hahaha I was met by a salesman named Curtis Hockersmith. This guy was extremely friendly and wasted no time showing me the car I came to see. Within 10 minutes we were on a test drive. This young man was very knowledgeable about the car and features. If he didn't know the answer, he didn't wing it but replied with I am not sure but I will find out and he did just that. The negotiating process was smooth and fair from start to finish and I can honestly say I never got mad ( as I usually do ) or walked out angry. The whole negotiating process took less than 10 minutes. The car I was looking at had an outstanding recall that was just issued less than a week ago and Curtis and the service team made sure that was fixed within 3 hours of me buying the car. Out of all the cars I have bought in my life this is the only one I felt led to leave a review about. I would encourage you to call Curtis and team at Martin if you are looking for a car that they have. No game playing or anything like that at all. I love the car and for the first time the next day I wasn't kicking myself in the butt for buying it. Very professional and totally low pressure! More

Overbooked Whoever does their scheduling is awful. They always overbook the mechanics and puts them behind. What should take 30 mins to an hour oil change takes 2 hours or more. The staff is friendly and I know it's not their fault. So I dont blame them. QUIT OVERBOOKING! Poor repair Problem with this dealership service department is that I took my truck in tohave a recall done on it. The passenger side air bag. When I got it back before I got home the airbag light was on on the dashboard. Call and the service adviser Robert ( which was very knowledgeable and courteous.) told me to bring it back in at my convenience and they would see what it was, well before I get home I notice the defrost control isn’t working either. Or the a/c now I start thinking that they have accendently left something unplugged. So I call back and let them know. Again bring it in and we’ll take care of the problem. I take it back a day or two later which it hadn’t been driven except home and back to dealership. Get back there and the tech looks at it and now all of a sudden they tell me my tipm is defective. My truck had no problem before the dealership put their hands on it and now they want 1500.00 to replace The tipm. I took the truck home and will be contacting my attorney. This is very poor quality of work here. The advisers are good. More
Re programing computer. I had my injectors replaced by a dealership in another town. Immediately I had issues. They said they would look into the problem but I had to pay for the inspection. I took my truck (2007 Dodge 3500 Diesel Pickup) to another independent dealer. They told me the codes may be due to needing the computer updated. So I took it to Martin Dodge Jeep Chrysler to have it done. All codes gone and it cost less than I was told. That never happens at a car dealership. I will use them again. More
