My ongoing experience Very hard to get an appointment, spent months trying to get in to get my “check engine” light looked at. It would go out before I could get in to get it checked and they claimed they couldn’t determine the problem if the check engine light wasn’t on upon arrival. After finally getting an appointment with the check engine light actually on, it took them 2 hours to find the warranty paperwork. Furthermore took 5 hours to actually fix the vehicle and refused to grant a rental car. It’s a constant battle getting appointments for service and oil changes. More

Good purchase experience Just bought a 2019 Pacifica. Our sales person, Selina, was fabulous and was the reason that I chose this vehicle over one at another lot. The sales manager was actually the one that came out to the lot to talk with us initially and gave us the keys for a test drive. When we got back to the lot Selina took over. She was very kind and knowledgeable and went out of her way to get us the best deal possible. More
Worst experience I went in to get a left back wheel bearing out on and also had a recall that had to be done. Only 2 hours was what I was told. 5 hours later I was on I went in to get a left back wheel bearing out on and also had a recall that had to be done. Only 2 hours was what I was told. 5 hours later I was on my way home. Only they decided I needed both back wheel bearings and put both on without my consent. I was so mad. I don't know why they can do work without letting the customer make that decision themselves then charge. Never going back there again. More

Always treated fairly Locally, this dealership does not have the best reputation. However, they have always been more than fair and they have some good mechanics. Recently, I took my truck in for a major engine repair. I take a lot or interest in my vehicles and know a lot about them. I needed a new head and head gaskets. I ended up replacing both heads. The mechanic happened to have two brand new valve trains for my engine that were for his wife’s car but they never needed them. He took them and put them on my truck. I would not have known about it if it were not for the service manager telling me. They was really nice and I really appreciated it. I would highly recommend them. More

Check engine light Have an extended warranty on my car. Check engine light comes on, i take it in. They tell me I have the incorrect oil filter on my car. So they have t Have an extended warranty on my car. Check engine light comes on, i take it in. They tell me I have the incorrect oil filter on my car. So they have to, of course, change the oil as well, this is understandable. They have diagnostic in it and due to it "not" being a manufacturer defect, the warranty will not pay for any thing they do to the car. Cost is $188.00. I accept this and think we will see... Low and behold, the light comes back on again. Take it back in to them. They order the actual parts that I need and warranty covers that. My warranty deductible is $100.00. Upon pickup, they did not charge me a deductible because they already had the $188.00. That was more than enough to cover it. They didn't say sorry or offer me my money back. Glad they are not the only Dodge service around and will not buy anything from this dealership in the future. More
