Not impressed with your service dept ways of diagnosing a problem. I have owned several Ram 3500 trucks and know my truck well. When I tell you what's wrong I except you to use my word as what I need fixed. problem. I have owned several Ram 3500 trucks and know my truck well. I don't need you to run out with my truck to use a quarter tank of my diesel fuel and to cause further damage to my front end. To then pull back in the service bay to proceed to finally take a look at what was causing the front end death wobble. It was the ball joints and hubs and seals to the axle that were bad. And for a $3000 fee they would fix it. Sorry you lost my trust to do anything right as soon as you took off in my already damaged truck to as you said "I have to make it do the death wobble to see for myself". No Sir. Wrong answer to me. You caused further damage and ran out a quarter tank diesel fuel. I will not be back and I will tell everyone I know what you did. Very disappointed in a dealership that your service manager allows your mechanics to treat a customer like their less than intelligent of their own truck. Listen more and talk less that's what you have done for over 20 years. Because this Ram owner don't trust in your ability to provide professional service. I can only hope that the owner of this dealership reviews who he has in charge of his service department. Thank you for giving me a chance to explain my problem. Tom Swanson More

Jessica Forshee, Service Advisor immediately took control of our service, which included an oil change, tire rotation and adjusting of my shift lever, which had been locking in park and not allowing me to shift to Reverse. Jessica informed me that the shift lever problem was on a previous recall notice, which I was not aware of. This problem was corrected. While in the shop Jessica inquired if I wanted to also approve a transmission fluid exchange service and a full synthetic 4X4 service. I approved of these services , which were accomplished. Jessica kept me advised through out the service pertaining to length of time to complete the service. More

I recently purchased a new Kia from this dealership (this website makes me mark it as Used but it was new). When looking online to find the best deals, I wasn’t sure where to go. But I had already met with a saleswoman, Laura Bickett, at Martin Kia and knew she seemed like the kind of person to make a deal for you. I went right back to Laura when the time came to buy the car, and couldn’t be more pleased. She was very transparent and willing to work with me to make the deal happen. She facilitated conversation effortlessly between us and the general managers, as well as keeping me informed about the entire process happening behind scenes. I would fully recommend going to see Laura and the rest of the staff over at Martin Kia if you’re looking to buy. They will work with you until you’re completely satisfied! More
