It appears as if they added items to our paperwork after they were signed without our consent . Never ever once was it verbally communicated to us or brought to our attention on that our purchase was a branded or salvaged title. It went from salesman, manager and financial guru. We were deceived in signing paperwork we thought was legit. Avoiding our calls and not staying true to there verbal promises. Empty promises is what they were. Salesman got very rude with us upon explaining our situation and began to yell over the phone. Very unprofessional. I have always said salesman are vultures, this has been proven here at martin dodge in Bowling Green KY. So sad that a business can profit and stay open , while taking advantage of customers without a conscious. These are all my opinions if our certain situation. Take it for what it's worth. More
CAUTION, BUYERS BEWARE!!! After attempting on multiple occasions to resolve outstanding issues with our transaction at this dealership, I have decided to share our experience. We purchased a new vehicle i occasions to resolve outstanding issues with our transaction at this dealership, I have decided to share our experience. We purchased a new vehicle in mid -November. Upon arriving home with our new vehicle, we discovered the remote that operates the rear entertainment was missing. Contacted the dealership the day of and was told the remotes would be mailed to us. Still not here. Also discovered that the $500.00 deposit we paid to hold the vehicle was not reflected in our paperwork. We thought we would work this out with a weather tech package that they stated would be in early January, also still not here. During our review of everything, we also discovered someone from the dealership forged my signature on a customer satisfaction survey. This survey was an overall satisfaction and a complete walkthrough/tutorial of the new vehicle that never actually happened, hence the missing remotes. I have attempted to call the dealership on multiple occasions in efforts to follow up on these outstanding obligations. I have left voicemails for management that have not been returned, have asked to speak to a member of management on multiple occasions only to be transferred to sales team members who are unable to give any definitive answer to outstanding issues. Neither the receptionist nor the sales guys that have been on the line with me have ever been able to get me on the phone with a member of the management team. Customer Service has been horrible to date, I'm not giving up but worry it will be a long road ahead in dealing with Martin Dodge Jeep Chrysler Ram in Bowling Green KY. More
Made a appointment with Martin dodge service center on Fri Oct 29, to have my 2015 Fiat checked out due to a check engine light, they took all the information and set the date for Nov 2 at 8am, we receive Fri Oct 29, to have my 2015 Fiat checked out due to a check engine light, they took all the information and set the date for Nov 2 at 8am, we received a text from Martin to confirm the Nov 2 appointment, which we did, when we showed up for the appointment, we were informed by there Receptionist that they didn't service Fiats,which is part of the Chrysler, Fiat, Jeep, Ram, family, we were told to take it to a Fiat Dealership in Madison Tennessee,why they couldn't tell us upfront before wasting days of our time, shows that Martin has poor customer service, and makes me leary of doing any other business with Martin automotive. More

Took my jeep in for service because My fuel pedal stopped working after an ECM change, this was the only problem I went in for, While having my jeep Martin Dodge tech manage to erase my map database in my to working after an ECM change, this was the only problem I went in for, While having my jeep Martin Dodge tech manage to erase my map database in my touch screen radio with GPS. After having multiple technicians work on my jeep still didn’t get the radio fixed, was then told They didn’t know how to fix mine and I would have to buy a radio! I have to re-iterating that my radio was working fine when I brought my jeep into service I was not going to buy a radio, I have tried to contact multiple people and nobody will respond after telling me they didn’t feel like they where responsible! More
