I had a long wait because I had a recall but it was a pleasant visit. The lady that helped me was so wonderful. She made the wait seem shorter. Just had a recall (wheel Sensor) and first service done on our 25 RAM 1500 Limited with the 3.0l HO engine. Received running updates on progress and the truck was completed the next day. Jessica is a great service advisor! Your call center sucks! They wouldn't transfer me to a service advisor when I repeatedly requested it.
