I scheduled a service appointment for my 2022 Ram truck before I have to drive it on a 2,200-mile trip. When I called to schedule the appointment, I was asked if I would be dropping the truck off or waitin before I have to drive it on a 2,200-mile trip. When I called to schedule the appointment, I was asked if I would be dropping the truck off or waiting for it. I said I'd be waiting. When I arrived for my appointment, the guy in the service department told me that his diagnostic appointments were around 10 days out. He also said the service dept had complained repeatedly about the scheduling dept about this same issue. Horrible management for letting this continue to go on! I drove 38 miles and took time out of a busy day to find out it was a waisted trip. I will never attempt to do business with Martin again! More
