I scheduled a service appointment for my 2022 Ram truck before I have to drive it on a 2,200-mile trip. When I called to schedule the appointment, I was asked if I would be dropping the truck off or waitin before I have to drive it on a 2,200-mile trip. When I arrived for my appointment, the guy in the service department told me that his diagnostic appointments were around 10 days out. He also said the service dept had complained repeatedly about the scheduling dept about this same issue. Horrible management for letting this continue to go on! I drove 38 miles and took time out of a busy day to find out it was a waisted trip. I will never attempt to do business with Martin again! More

Took my Dodge Durango in there with electrical issues and it sat there for 4 weeks no one not one not a single person called me to give me an update I was the one that reached out at least twice a week and e it sat there for 4 weeks no one not one not a single person called me to give me an update I was the one that reached out at least twice a week and every time I ask when they were going to look at my vehicle it was 2 days from now then 3 days from now I'd call back in there were two cars ahead of me then they just kept on saying they only had one guy or two guys that were specialized in doing this kind of work I even made an appointment initially don't know why you do that because no one ever keeps the appointment on their end stay away do not take a vehicle there for service do not buy a vehicle there this place needs to close not only that I have almost $1,000 in towing bills to get my vehicle there and ended up having to tow it back home because they weren't going to be able to look at it in a reasonable amount of time after a month had already gone by totally insane More
