I would still recommend as I love having free oil changes but I’m disappointed in the last few times I’ve been in. Went in for an oil change and mentioned that I had a sensor blinking at me but they never ch but I’m disappointed in the last few times I’ve been in. Went in for an oil change and mentioned that I had a sensor blinking at me but they never checked and I assumed all was well since they hadn’t said anything. Wiper fluid was also not topped off. Went in a week later because the check engine light was on, mentioned about wiper fluid not being filled. Left with an estimate for $2500 in repairs with no way around and wiper fluid still not filled (did not realize until I got home)! Looked over my estimate and they gave me a quote for something pertaining to AWD when my car isn’t and told me a 10 hour job was going to take 2-weeks. No loaners (car shortage so they needed to sell all loaners) and no reimbursement for a loaner. Second opinion on said repairs from another place and was quoted a more reasonable price for something that ISN’T even a major issue right now. Small, minor leak of the power steering hose that needs to be replaced where Martin Chevy told me a whole lot more needed to be done! So i don’t know what Martin Chevy did with my car for almost 2 hours but I will not be scheduling service there. They’re hurting for money so they’re trying to nickel and dime for every service they can get. More
