Bottom line is the service rep kept me updated each day with what was going on and the expected timeframe to complete everything. Having that communication and knowing what was happening, rather than just saying we'll call you when it's done" is what really kept me at ease knowing they were taking care of it. More
Had a 20k check up and maintenance. Aaron and the team took great care of me and had me done in less than an hour!!! I bought my car at this dealership, and it changed ownership. You never know what kind of service to expect when a new person takes over. I had issues with my car and the inside light came on I was near the dealership and thought I would stop in. I was greeted by one of the mechanics who immediately told me they would look at it right away. Mark in the service department came to talk to me about the problem and said it was under the warranty. He said they could do most of the work but would have to order a part for the remaining work. He said the whole thing would take 4 hours. He told me he had a car waiting for me and that he would call me when they finished the job. I not only did not have an appointment but the extra service was greatly appreciated. As I brought the loaner car back my car was washed and pulled up front waiting for me. You do not experience that anymore, Mark and your staff went above and beyond for me. It is the customer service that makes a huge difference. Thank you so much.... More
