When my truck was in their car wash, they broke my rear wiper mechanism off. No one bothered to tell me until I need to use it on my way home. It was raining that day and my rear wiper would not work. I got home and saw packages at my door. I ran to get them out of the ran and took a look at the rear of my truck. The whole wiper mechanism was just hanging there. Now I'm afraid that it's going to swing and scrape the paint off my truck. I called OC and told him what happened. He told me to come back so he could see it. I went back and he came out to see my truck and disassembled the wiper. He said he would have to order a new part that would take a few days. He apologized. I felt dismissed. What I did notice on the tv's (while I was waiting the 2 hours and 45 minutes for new tires) was during that time, I watched a young guy drive my truck and needed help getting out of the car wash. More

Truck went in for an oil change , but vehicle was scratched while in service. Was notified and and really appreciate the honesty. When I got there, I was taken right away. Thought I needed a tire rotation however they let me know that was not necessary.
