The service team are so nice and was very helpful. The wait to get my oil change done was also not that bad. The lobby where we waited was stocked up with water, tea, coffee and even hot chocolate. Scheduled (by appointment) oil changes that take two hours minimum... Consistently... When staff states should take an hour.
