Lack of expertise observed creates concern for the $254 paid in labor. Not sure how those labor charges were even determined based on the time spent and work completed at the dealer. Martin Chevrolet has given me good service since day 1 with all my car service needs - Ralph in Service Dept. in particular. My past experience with other dealerships had mostly been negative, and was hes with all my car service needs - Ralph in Service Dept. in particular. My past experience with other dealerships had mostly been negative, and was hesitant to try Martin when I now have a Chevy. I am pleasantly surprised to find them price competitive and don't pressure to sell me services I do not need. I just bought a set of Goodyear tires after shopping around at several other installers and they were the best price by far. The only difference between 4 & 5 star rating is the wait time every time, but now that I know what to expect, I bring a good book with me! I guess the fact that they're so busy shows how many customers like them. More
Took my suburban in for a recall issue. Had a slight crack in my dash. When I left, I had a hole in my dash. My service light for the recall was still lit.
