I made a decision to get my tires at the dealership. This is a pretty big inconvenience to me since I have to travel about an hour and 15 minutes to get there. I had an appointment for 3 o'clock. I was treated very kindly by Aaron at the front desk. My frustration lies in the fact that I did not get out of there until 515. It took two hours to put tires on my vehicle. On my way home I Noticed on the dashboard that the air pressure in my front right was 6 pounds more than any of the other tires. It was 41 pounds of pressure. I was very disappointed in the sloppiness of the work. The other three tires all were within one or 2 pounds of each other. I could've easily have chosen several places in the Byron area and had very little time commitment outside of getting the tires on. I hate to second-guess my decision. More
