The service writers don't acknowledge customers. Wait time for just an oil change only, was 1-1 hour and 15...I was there waiting for 2 and a half hours with no update on wait time given. When I went to check the status of my vehicle, I was again ignored by the service writer until another guy finally walked out to his desk, only to find that my keys, among others, were just sitting on the desk for an unknown amount of time. Every person i spoke to, from the receptionist who scheduled my appt, to the service writers, were very stand offish and rude. I will no longer be bringing my vehicle back to this location, which is unfortunate because I paid EXTRA for oil change services when I purchased the vehicle. More
