I had my Cadillac serviced when Mike Palmer was still with the service department. Despite the incessant calls to lure me back, my recent experience has left me thoroughly disappointed and questioning th with the service department. Despite the incessant calls to lure me back, my recent experience has left me thoroughly disappointed and questioning the professionalism of the management. The dealership had been persistent in encouraging me to return for service, but the situation took a turn for the worse when they decided to host a repurchase (Lemon) on behalf of GM. The day the paperwork for the repurchase was supposed to be received at their dealership, I received an email notification that left me utterly dismayed. The dealership had informed GM that they couldn't proceed with the transaction due to issues with hosting the traction. What's more disheartening is that there was no accompanying apology or explanation for this sudden change of plans. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially when dealing with matters as significant as repurchases. As a loyal customer with numerous GM vehicles, I expected a higher standard of service and communication from Martin Chevrolet. Instead, I am left with a sense of frustration and a growing reluctance to trust them with my business in the future. Considering the number of local dealerships and the willingness to travel a bit further, I would rather explore alternative options for my future automotive needs than risk another disappointing encounter with Martin Chevrolet. It's disheartening to witness a previously reputable establishment fall short of the standards I once associated with them. More
On 10/16/23 I brought my vehicle in for a diagnostic. I picked my vehicle up on 10/17/23 and was informed the parts had to be ordered and I would receive a call within 7 days. I sent an email to the manager Mr. Morales a few days ago regarding the status of this part delivery and haven't received a response via email or a call from any service member informing me that my vehicle is ready for the parts to be completed on my vehicle. This is very poor customer care on the service department because it's not hard to reach out to a customer and advise on the status. I have purchased my vehicle and even had a family member buy a vehicle from this dealership but now I will not recommend anyone else to this dealership because it definitely feels like the customer service has declined and no longer value customer satisfaction. I'm very disappointed in how this has been handled. More
I have nothing but good things to say about Martin Chevrolet. I have owed a Chevrolet for over 20 years and have used the other local dealerships in the past for service. My 2010 Camaro SS was leaking a bit oil and coolant so I decided to take it to the dealership so it could be repaired properly. After one week, my car was ready. Upon receiving my bill it was higher than the price we agreed upon over the phone but I simply paid it because I wanted to just go home after a long day at work. During the drive home I noticed my dash cam had been disconnected. This was a concerning because there is no reason for the camera to need to be unplugged unless they were going to do some shady activities. Once I arrived at home I parked and began to investigate the dash cam footage to see how long it was unplugged. Before I was able to determine this, a ton of red/orange fluid start spewing from under the engine bay. Turns out they didn't properly secure the transmission cooler line. After waiting for the tow truck to take it back I spent the rest of my Friday scrubbing my driveway. They made little to no effort to make things right. I will not be trusting Martin Chevrolet with my vehicle in the future, I suggest you don't either. Take your chances at the next closest dealership. More
