I had previously used Martin to help me find a Traverse in 2014. Because of the positive experience, I returned to now replace the Traverse with a Tahoe. Of course this being the absolute wrong time to bu in 2014. Because of the positive experience, I returned to now replace the Traverse with a Tahoe. Of course this being the absolute wrong time to buy or even find a Tahoe, I was informed of cancelled order for a Tahoe that was to arrive in a couple of weeks. Joel contacted me the 1st hour that it arrived and I was able to review the vehicle within 3 hrs. They made the experience seamless. Thank Joel, AJ and Tom. I was pleasantly surprised as well to receive a refund check after there was some confusion for the loan amount (it was my confusion and I overpaid). More
