Martin Chevrolet has given me good service since day 1 with all my car service needs - Ralph in Service Dept. in particular. My past experience with other dealerships had mostly been negative, and was hesitant to try Martin when I now have a Chevy. I am pleasantly surprised to find them price competitive and don't pressure to sell me services I do not need. I just bought a set of Goodyear tires after shopping around at several other installers and they were the best price by far. The only difference between 4 & 5 star rating is the wait time every time, but now that I know what to expect, I bring a good book with me! I guess the fact that they're so busy shows how many customers like them. More
Took my suburban in for a recall issue. Had a slight crack in my dash. When I left, I had a hole in my dash. My service light for the recall was still lit.
