Ed is a great salesman everything I had to ask he knew the answer and when it came to writing up my brand new truck it was a breeze ! We brought our car there thinking we would get the best service. It was terrible….no one communicated with us. We had to call and proactively reach out anytime we needed an update, an approval, how much service. It was terrible….no one communicated with us. We had to call and proactively reach out anytime we needed an update, an approval, how much longer will the vehicle be worked on, etc. It was always a text back a few days later, never a call back. This is not the way we do business, will never ever take out cars there to be serviced, buy a car from that dealership or recommend this dealership to any of our friends or family. No thank you! More
