Upon the first instance when your vehicle had an issue with a gasket that had rolled, our team addressed and rectified the matter promptly and without any charge to you, ensuring that everything was functioning as it should. Subsequently, when you revisited our service center with a new concern, our technician conducted a thorough inspection and identified a separate issue that was unrelated to the previous gasket problem. We communicated the details of this new issue to you and provided our professional recommendation for repair. However, we understand that you requested Martin Chevrolet to cover the cost of the new repairs, suggesting that it was related to the initial service. We take pride in our integrity and the quality of our work, and we aim to provide accurate information to our customers. As such, it was explained that the new issue was distinct and separate from the previous one and, thus, could not be covered under the same terms. Well I was lied to from the begining I don't it's fair how u guys are handle it how else did u expect me to come in your office when I have a truck that doesn't run and I am stuck with the payment for few years u think I would come in hug every one after Jose called me tells .e bring me my truck the loaner basically not caring about my situation yeah u guys got ur money already so why care about the customer right u tell me how was i suppossed to be happy when i got sold a truck with a bad engine not fair all i wanted just help but never got it inmean i dont understand how u expect a customer tobe happy thta way but i tried but u wont help
