Brought in my son’s car for a tire low pressure light on. Ralph said to bring it in. They found it had a problem with the sidewall the put on a new tire got the job done in a few hours so my son could get to Ralph said to bring it in. I went to Martin Chevrolet based on a recommendation from others in the northwest suburban area. I had four baseline criteria for my purchase and was met with success and have been fully satisfied. Salesman, Mr. Jack Lazzara met me at the door, sat and listened closely to me, walked the lot with me and within a short period of time was able to identify the vehicle that met all my criteria. He accompanied me through every step from vehicle familiarization, administration, financing (Mr. James Dunn) and departure. Mr. Lazzara and Mr. Dunn enabled me to feel at ease and confident even about the administrative and technical elements I didn't know much about.
