There was also some confusion between Parts notifying me the part arrived when it actually had not. Bottom line is the service rep kept me updated each day with what was going on and the expected timeframe to complete everything. Having that communication and knowing what was happening, rather than just saying we'll call you when it's done" is what really kept me at ease knowing they were taking care of it. More

Best dealership I've ever been too! I decided to gift my car to my mother ( she was in need of a vehicle) for Christmas.
