Windshield wiper It was raining, I'm on Hwy. 31 with two kids and my wiper stops. I have to pull over until the rain eases . I drive to Martin Chevy and pull in . He knew right away what was wrong but there was no tech. He checked right away if there was a curtesy car. Secured it. We discussed if under warranty and possible cost. He made sure I had what I needed out of the car and then walked me to the cashier. I was out in less than 20 min. In the AM my car was fixed . It was under warranty so no cost. All worked out so good! I'm just amazed at how well it all went. How stress free it all was for me. Thank you!!! More

Amazing Salesman, Amazing Dealership I shopped quite a few dealerships and NOBODY gave me the service Joel did! When I first came in they didn't have what I was looking for. I told Joel what I wanted and continued to look around as well. He would let me know when something came in and I'd come take a look. I found cars I wanted at other places, but the salesmen were.....well let's not say that on here. I went back to Joel because I trusted him and he was really looking for what I wanted. It took a while, I'm picky, but we found it, and I LOVE IT. I will buy all of my future vehicles from Martin Chevy and Joel Storm. Service always treats me well too. It's never a "pain" to bring the car in for my FREE washes and service. :) More
