We had the opportunity to trade in the lease early (special from GM leasing), so we moved to the sales floor to look into that option. Marci was able to find us the right Malibu, got the paper work completed and got us out the door in a minimal amount of time. My wife had a plane to catch and when we informed Marci that we needed to get everything completed quickly. She jumped into motion and took excellent care of us! Great Experience My husband and I purchased a new 2018 Traverse from Martin Chevrolet. Since the vehicle is newer we ended up ordering ours from the factory. We starte My husband and I purchased a new 2018 Traverse from Martin Chevrolet. Since the vehicle is newer we ended up ordering ours from the factory. We started our sales process via internet; out of the 7 dealerships we reached out to, Martin was the only one to give us a real price without forcing us into the dealership or insisting to contact us by phone. (Other dealerships we worked with would contact us up to 8 times a day! No thanks!) They were competitive with both pricing and trade-in value, as well as prompt and friendly with every interaction. We worked primarily with Steve and Rob; both exceptionally friendly and helpful. They kept in touch with us through every step of the build process and let us know when the vehicle was in transit/arrived at the dealership. The parts department went above and beyond by special ordering (upon request) several different floor mat options for us to see before choosing the right ones for us, and had them ready and waiting when we picked up the vehicle. We also worked with the finance department, who did a great job making the purchase process quick and easy. Overall we are very satisfied and would purchase from Martin again. More
