I drove onto the lot at Martin Chevrolet looking for a vehicle that I saw on-line and was not able to locate it. Just as I was becoming more discouraged and getting read to leave Susan Lavertu approached me and listened to me and what I was looking for. She was extremely helpful and took me to the area they kept their budget cars. She was prepared with price listings and vehicle information. Even though I was buying a used budget car they treated me like I was buying a C-7 Corvette. No pressure and everyone that passed by had a smile and asked if we needed anything.
