Excellent service and attention! We were looking for an older Chevy Suburban and found the one at Martin's on the internet. After a couple if phone call inquiries, we decided to make the 4+ hour trip to take a look at it. We were created at the door by Susan Laverty and she took amazing care of us! She made us comfortable while we talked about what we were looking for and made immediate arrangements for the truck to be brought inside so we could look at it where it was warm and toasty! When we were took it for a test drive, she was very friendly and didn't pressure us at all. Back at the dealership, the manager, Tom, came over to speak with us and give us information about service records and maintenance on the truck. Sam in the Finance department prepared all of our paperwork and walked us through the whole process. Everyone we spoke with was very helpful and friendly - they made us feel like family. Susan even followed up a few days later to make sure we had made it back home safely and were still happy with our purchase. More
