Much appreciated I knew when I bought my Malibu here I would be back for my next car. I loved my Malibu but with age she began to show her ware even with the appropri I knew when I bought my Malibu here I would be back for my next car. I recently sat with Marci and I laid my story on her desk to see if somehow there was a new car in my future. That day I left driving a new vehicle. Granted the payments are higher than I wanted, and everyone had a way to justify it. I will have to take on extra work to provide as a single mom and there isnt anything else I can sacrifice because I dont eat out and I make my own tea. It will be a good lesson though for my kids to see though too. I really did appreciate the work Marci, Steve and Sam did to make sure I had a safe vehicle for my long daily commute to and from work. As a side note too I want to add that Ralph in service has always been stand up. There have been times where I can be challenging due to fatigue and he has always stayed on my side and made things work out for me. More

CRUZE-ing around! Not that I wanted to, but it’s what parents do for their kids- sign for a car so they can get to work, pay the bills, establish credit and move out!!! Marci was extremely patient explaining the details to my son and also with me. The process took longer than expected, but I needed my son to learn and grow from this experience and make contact with Marci himself and not let his mom do it for him! Thank you Marci for being a mom too and understanding this was a valuable life lesson that needed to be taught! The car Marci pocked was a fantastic fit for my son. He wanted nothing to do with the Cruze until he finally came for a test drive and realized what a great car Marci found from the appearance to blue tooth to the remote start! I wouldn't budge, as I absolutely fell in love with my new Malibu, so he and James worked the financials out and still managed to land me a payment I was comfortable with, and free oil changes and car washes to boot. I was approached by several managers and service guys throughout the process and everyone was very welcoming and helpful. Facility looked brand new and very clean right down to the service bays. It was a very enjoyable experience and I would recommend them in a heartbeat. More

They went above and beyond We found the car online, but these guys were so on top of things, it was 3 hours from our arrival to leaving in our new-to-us car. They explained everything, answered our questions, and when someone didn't know the answer, they went to go find out immediately. We were shopping with our newborn, and they didn't bat an eye at her even when screaming, and made the whole process as painless as possible. If that wasn't enough, we got plenty of hospitality-coffee, tea, water, and an entire homemade lunch! We got the car we wanted, for a price we liked, in immaculate shape with the entire history of the car. Our family of 4 is giving all the thumbs up for Martin Chevrolet. More

Also she made sure to offer us beverages a couple different times through out our visit there. I could not have asked for better customer service from everyone there but especially Marci. Financially I met with Sam and he made everything quick and painless! He was also extremely polite and willing to explain any questions we had. Steve was wonderful as well. He helped me make a decision and treated me like a daughter. I couldn’t appreciate it more. I left today completely happy with the car I decided to lease and knowing I have a trustworthy place to come back to! Thank you guys so much! More
