I know how this industry is and I was not happy about how the negotiations went at first. When he finally gave me a fair deal I took it. Steve apologized and we shook hands. Finally settling on a Chevy Trax but more money than what we originally wanted to do. I’m happy with the Trax as it’s perfect for me. I think my sales person could of used more willing people to help her when we were setting up the Bluetooth when she tried to get help.
