They make money off the deals but couldn't come down much more. I had a deal and a few weeks later I asked again to give me a final offer. They dropped the vehicle (which was certified) a bit more, however, ALL the staff was friendly and very comforting. The process was quick and the sales associate was very helpful - although, I thought (while even though he was making a sale) he could have came down a LITTLE bit more in price to accomodate a customer looking to buy from his establishment. ;-) Overall, quick and friendly and Carlos went the extra mile in the end and was very easy to communicate with and he got me into the vehicle I wanted. The place is clean and they have all sorts of stuff to do while you wait. Excellent experience. More

I went to five other dealers that day and not one gave me the attention, friendliness and confidence that they were the right dealership to purchasing from. Joel Storm was my kind of salesman (I have been in sales for 45 years). He was thoughtful, earnest, explained all of the features of the Traverse my wife and I purchased in excellent detail. During the negotiating process, everything went smoothly. I am a bear on details about a vehicle I want to purchase BEFORE I ever walk into a dealership, so if presented with a sales approach that does not recognize that, I walk out immediately. Joel was that exact opposite, which was a pleasure. Marci Zavala did the followup on final details, warranties, etc. and did NOT put the push on for "value added" items such as extra finishes and extended warranties, just explained the pros and cons and allowed me to make the decision. Very appreciative! Sam Anderson handled the financing. Although I had excellent financing pre-approved prior to the purchase, he came through with a better rate, resulting in substantial savings over the life of the contract. When I have bought cars in the past I always felt like the salesman was trying to rush me into purchasing something so I never go back. They were very pushy and would try and make the sale the first visit when I was just trying to look at my options. When we bought a Chevy Silverado from Joel Storm at Martin Chevrolet two years ago I did not feel that way. So we returned for a second car. Joel again was extremely helpful and gave us time to make a decision, no hard sales tactics. Sam Anderson worked hard and got us a great finance rate. We will be back again next time we need a new car. More
