Not impressed by their customer service. I purchased a new car from this dealership in May. It was late on Saturday before we were done with the paper work, so they asked me to come back lat I purchased a new car from this dealership in May. It was late on Saturday before we were done with the paper work, so they asked me to come back later in the week to have the car cleaned. I called ahead and let them know when I would be in and they told me they would give me a loaner vehicle while they detailed my car. When I got there they pulled a rental car around and had me sign, then the salesman handed me a $20 bill and told me I would have to go put fuel in the car. He asked me to bring him the receipt. This did not impress me, but I went on my way. I just took my car in for my first service. It was early in the morning and raining. I pulled into the express oil change garage and went to the desk. They took my information and I sat in the waiting area with two other people. The oil change on my car was done in a timely manner and I was called back to the desk after the other two ladies, so I was the only person left in the place that was waiting. By this time it was pouring rain outside. The covered express garage was completely empty and the gentleman tells me that my car is out in the lot with the keys in it, and turns and walks away. I don't understand why they couldn't have pulled my vehicle in out of the rain, handed me my keys, and thanked me? I sure hope service gets better because I AM NOT IMPRESSED! More

friendly and honest not high pressure I had went to another dealer first and they made all kind of promises they were not able to keep. Marshall was very up front not high pressure and did not over promise but gave me more than I actually asked for. I was unaware of the life time bumper to bumper warrantee and along with matching the estimate quoted finance payment it was a over all very positive experience. Raul Vasquez was my sales person and I will definitely be forwarding my referral if I have the opportunity. More
