Chris Jorden has sold me two used vehicles in the last two years, and he is as nice as they come. The first was a 2007 Ram that I was searching for a few months. I had a very specific vehicle I was looking for, and Chris Jordan found that vehicle for me. Before the detail shop had it to put on the lot, he called me and told me about it. I went to look at it, and it was exactly as he said it was, and exactly what I was looking for. The vehicle was purchased and I was given everything promised, along with a great experience. The second vehicle was a 2014 Dodge Journey. My wife wanted a new car and we decided to go back to Marshall Motors, simply for Chris Jordan. We found similar vehicles for cheaper prices online, farther away, but we liked the experience with Chris, and we wanted to go back and see if we could get repeat service. I got that and then some. We were looking for a Journey, he had one just put on the lot, and we snatched it up. Again, we were given everything we were promised and then some. On both occasions, we were given fair trade for our vehicles. We were treated with respect by everyone we spoke with, and it seemed everyone went out of their way to say hello and ask if I needed anything. On the second vehicle, I was not only treated well, but I was told Chris was going out of his way to go into the dealership on a SUNDAY so he could provide more service for people that had rough schedules. I was not the only person there, and it was not the only vehicle sold that day. Chris was the only salesman there, and that goes a long way to show how devoted he is to his job. I will continue to go back to Marshall Motors and recommend them to everyone I know is looking for a new ride. More
