Great Experience - Even When On a Tight Budget I recently moved back to the area from the East Coast and was referred by my insurance office to Marshall Motors as a trustworthy dealer. I endured so I recently moved back to the area from the East Coast and was referred by my insurance office to Marshall Motors as a trustworthy dealer. I endured some difficult used vehicle purchases on the East Coast and was looking forward to what I hoped would be a smoother process and most importantly, a more reliable car. My experience was everything I hoped from start to finish. Even though I had a limited budget to operate with, I never felt like I was being arm twisted. If anything I honestly felt like it was a partnership to get me in a good car that I could afford. The sales associate (Arthur Fair) was helpful and showed me a few cars that fit my needs. Ultimately I bought a Buick Lucerne that in my estimation is a cream puff of a car with options and features that are above and beyond my expectations. I could cite lots of specific little touches that made the experience so positive but I'll just highlight a couple. When I agreed to the sale, the dealership performed an alignment on the car and even delivered it to my home to make the process as simple as possible. Shortly after taking delivery, the check engine light came on and I thought "Uh-Oh - Here we go" even though it was not running poorly. Arthur scheduled a service appointment for me where it was discovered that it needed a new thermostat and seal. To my surprise, the repairs were performed at no cost to me - even though I was prepared to pay for the work. They even replaced a headlight bulb that I noticed was out at the same time. Arthur and the service department followed up afterwards to make sure everything was fine. Everything has been perfect since then and I'm happily cruising down the road. To me, those kinds of little details speak volumes about the dealership and the people that work there.. I'd happily recommend them to anybody in the market for not just any car, but a car backed up by a committed staff and dealer. Now I just need to win the lottery so I can go back for the Star Wars Rogue One Special Edition in the showroom! More
