Not bad at all We went to Marshall and saw Arthur by the recommendation of my wife's co-worker. We already knew what we could afford as monthly payments ad that the We went to Marshall and saw Arthur by the recommendation of my wife's co-worker. We already knew what we could afford as monthly payments ad that the vehicle needed good mileage and a few options like power windows. I had already narrowed the search down to the Altima or the Senata. Arthur showed us a sampling of both models and what the estimated monthly payments would be. I settled on the Senata for economical reasons and so we could also afford the coverage add on's like an extended warranty and the maintenance package for oil changes and rotations. Jeremy did a great job of processing the paperwork and getting us finished up in a timely manner. Do to the number of customers, we did end up spending about 4 hours getting to that point. Although inconvenient, I could understand it and decided it doesn't really matter. My only grievance is the cars 'detailing' and pre-drive away prep. The inside of the glass had a filmy coating and the engine bay was covered in dust. Both easy for me to take care of; but, I wasn't real happy to do so. Didn't complain since I was glad to be leaving the dealership in my new car after spending so long to begin with. More

They gave me an appointment at 1pm I work a lot and my wife took it in 20min early just in case they would be able to look at it sooner.... not the scenario that played out. She gave the keys waited for an HOUR before asking if they would get to it soon they said 15-20 min wth it's an appointment get to it when you say you will they didn't end up getting to it for an 1hr and 40min after my appointment just to say they couldn't find the popping sound and my window has to be done somewhere else outta pocket since my warranty is over I'm sorry my pickup is leaking around a faulty seal from factory fix your mistakes!!!! They definitely lost my family's business More
