If I can be brutally honest, I had two less than satisfactory experiences with two separate Ford dealerships that had me questioning my loyalty to Ford! However, when I inquired about a specific vehicle that I saw Marshall Ford was offering, I got a quick response from Austin P.! I had a lot of questions and he helped me to understand and be comfortable about my purchase decision! There are a number of dealerships closer to my home, but Austin and Marshall Ford went above and beyond to earn my business! I recently picked up my new Ford Maverick and so far, I believe it is exactly what I was hoping it would be! More
