There is a Toyota dealership alot closer to where I live but I drive 30 miles to get my truck serviced because of people like Mark and all the employees at the Dry Ridge Toyota. More
Late on Dec 30, 2011, while driving from Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, on I71 on route to Arizona for the winter, we had stopped for gas when my wife noticed that my spare tire was showing below the profile of my Canada, on I71 on route to Arizona for the winter, we had stopped for gas when my wife noticed that my spare tire was showing below the profile of my Toyota Sienna. I immediately contacted the closest Toyota dealer - Dry Ridge Toyota, and they said "bring her on down!”. When I arrived, 30 minutes later, at the dealership the service crew immediately assigned a service tech to my vehicle. We were directed into your fabulous customer lounge area and were made comfortable. Within 15 minutes, the problem was identified (the Toyota service Center in Ottawa had not properly secured the spare tire when a recall repair had been complete in late Nov 2011); the tire was re-secured and the van was delivered back to us. The tech had the added problem of removing our gear loaded in the back of the van (for our forth coming 4 month stay in Arizona)to get access to the tire bolt. The attention and service that we received, particularly on a late busy Friday afternoon before the New Years Eve long weekend, was spectacular. Your new facility is remarkable, very customer oriented, comfortable and friendly. All the staff we encountered was friendly, courteous and helpful.
