I recently bought a 2013 Camry here, and have loved the service I have received thus far. I was able to bring my car in for service, get lunch, enjoy the fire, use WiFi to work on work, and enjoy free drin service I have received thus far. Mark was by far the best employee I have come in contact with at Dry Ridge Toyota. Due to previous rudeness experienced in the body shop, I have been avoiding getting any type of maintenance done there. I with at Dry Ridge Toyota. Due to previous rudeness experienced in the body shop, I have been avoiding getting any type of maintenance done there. It, however, was mandatory for me to get a transmission flush at the dealership, so I was forced to go back. It turned into a great experience though, because Mark was such a helpful, caring, and patient employee. I will definitely return for general maintenance needs and hopefully will experience the same kindness that Mark showed me and get to work with him again. More

I have tried (pretty much) most all of the Toyota dealerships around Cincinnati/N. KY. While not the largest, it's easily the nicest ! In my opinion, it's really easy to get to also because even du dealerships around Cincinnati/N. KY. While not the largest, it's easily the nicest ! In my opinion, it's really easy to get to also because even during rush hour, traffic south of Florence is much lighter than everywhere else. I didn't get to try it out, but they do have a coffee-shop style cafe that looks real nice and even an exercise room w/ treadmills and a weight machine. The Service Department was great. They were able to get me in quickly on very short notice, and (compared w/ others) they seemed very thorough (& honest) hithout me having to ask certain questions. I would definitely recommend to others. More

Mark was very friendly. He was honest about the needed service for our vehicle. He was very knowledgeable about the operation of our vehicle. I purchased a new Sienna in 2003 at Dry Ridge Toyota. My experience then was very positive and nothing has changed over the years. The van has only been serviced at this dealership because I have been exce experience then was very positive and nothing has changed over the years. The van has only been serviced at this dealership because I have been exceptionally pleased with their friendliness, truthfulness and work. The one thing I appreciate is their ability to complete the service within their estimated timeline. I also appreciate people like Mark Eldridge, and the other service writers who have been very helpful with my questions and concerns. I was very impressed with Mark on this last visit as he kept me informed about my vehicle repairs and also what maintaince would be needed in the future. I also appreciate that they have never tried to sell me a service that wasn't needed. Finally, I also appreciate the friendliness of all the dealership personnel. This includes Mr. Marshall who always has a greeting if he is in the dealership. I have also purchased a used car from one of their used car lots and had the same positive experience. I do recommend Dry Ridge to anyone who wants to avoid a negative car buying, or service, experience. My next Toyota will come from this dealership unless their environment changes from their current friendly, helpful and neighborly atmosphere. Doug More
