I took my car in for the oil change and tire rotation and supposed to do a detail clean. I got my car back and the cleaning was not done. It looked like they sprayed water on the outside of car and that was supposed to do a detail clean. I got my car back and the cleaning was not done. It looked like they sprayed water on the outside of car and that was it. The staff at the sales desk was not friendly at all I felt like I was disturbing him to ask about my service appt. It takes me a hour and 7 minutes to get there to be that disappointed. I purchased a premium warranty package to cover this and I was so disappointed with them, I have to wonder if they filled the fluids or did the other warranty part correctly. I have tried to call the sales manager on this to no avail no one will answer the phone or if I leave a message no one returns a call so frustrating.. More
WATCH OUT. I just had an oil change and a tire rotation. I have been suspicious on the tire rotation for a while, so I took a picture of one tire and marked it. I went back and complained and showed them the pictures and got a refund. I bought the car there and was using them for service. I will never go back to this dealership again for service or to buy a car. Why the 5 Star rating. If you don't do that the review won't be posted. More
OIL CHANGE TRIED TO CALL AND SET UP AND APPOINTMENT TO GET MY OIL CHANGED. FIRST TIME PHONE RANG UNTIL IT WENT TO VOICE MAIL. HUNG UP AND TOUGHT I WOULD JUST CAL TRIED TO CALL AND SET UP AND APPOINTMENT TO GET MY OIL CHANGED. FIRST TIME PHONE RANG UNTIL IT WENT TO VOICE MAIL. HUNG UP AND TOUGHT I WOULD JUST CALL BACK LATER. SECOND CALL I GOT LADY WANTING TO PUT ME ON HOLD. I SAID OK AND I WAITED ABOUT 3 MIN. I HAD THINGS TO DO SO I HAD TO HANG UP AND TRY LATER. THIRD CALL I WAS ASKED TO BE PUT ON HOLD. I SAID NO. MY TIME IS VALUABLE TO ME. I CALLED BACK ONE MORE TIME AND WENT TO VOICE MAIL AGAIN. I LEFT A MESSAGES THIS TIME TO CALL ME AT MY NUMBER. I NEVER GOT THE CALL. More

I've been to that service center with other Toyota's and I never have any trouble with them. A lot of the service guys have been there for years, so they know Toyota's and they're good at what they do. They can take their experience from the previous Toyota models that they've worked on. They have a little gym and wifi and a little restaurant and she's very nice lady. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. More

Top notch customer serivce I bought a used Corolla from Dry Ridge Toyota, I started having VVT problems with it about 6 months ago. I was still barely under warranty. Their mechanic, Woody tackled this problem time and time again. It was a frustrating experience, but I knew it wasn't their fault, more than likely it was the factories fault or the parts suppliers fault. Woody, their master mechanic and Kentucky Davis, their service supervisor never gave up and they were always looking for a solution. They even got in a engineer to take a look at my car. They definitely went above and beyond of what they had to do to make sure my car was fixed. They took care of it all and stayed patient with me. Their service department is top notch, from their manager, mechanics, and even the service advisors. If you need an auto repair or servicing done, take your car to Dry Ridge Toyota, they will be honest and look out for your best interest, they know their stuff when it comes to auto repair, servicing, and customer service.
