Mark was by far the best employee I have come in contact with at Dry Ridge Toyota. Due to previous rudeness experienced in the body shop, I have been avoiding getting any type of maintenance done there. I with at Dry Ridge Toyota. I have tried (pretty much) most all of the Toyota dealerships around Cincinnati/N. KY. While not the largest, it's easily the nicest ! In my opinion, it's really easy to get to also because even du dealerships around Cincinnati/N. KY. While not the largest, it's easily the nicest ! In my opinion, it's really easy to get to also because even during rush hour, traffic south of Florence is much lighter than everywhere else. I didn't get to try it out, but they do have a coffee-shop style cafe that looks real nice and even an exercise room w/ treadmills and a weight machine. The Service Department was great. They were able to get me in quickly on very short notice, and (compared w/ others) they seemed very thorough (& honest) hithout me having to ask certain questions. I would definitely recommend to others. More

Everything about my visit was great. The employees gave me a couple minutes to look around and then catered to my every need. The sales associate Bennie was so nice and friendly.
