Upon arrival at Dry Ridge Toyota Scion, we were greeted by Kyle Ganshirt in a very professional and friendly way. At no time did Kyle pressure us into any kind of purchase and answered all questions we had. He was very instrumental in describing the model we were interested in and explained all options. We asked if we could look around and if he could get back with us later, 30 mins. or so later, in the showroom we had questions about a car on display and he was more than willing to answer any and all of our questions about the extra options offered on this particular Camry SE. Satisfied with his answers and with the assistance of Mike Griese the deal was finalized. Very happy with the experience and would highly recommend Kyle and Mike as a team. More

I had an awesome experience at Dry Ridge. First of all, I went there instead of Toyota in Florence, because my buying experience 4 yrs ago was painfully awful. Went into Dry Ridge on a Thursday, expecting to just look and take a test drive of a 2013 Tacoma. Instead, I got some solid and fair numbers and two days later, went back and purchased the truck. Haven't regretted it since. Love the vehicle and love the atmosphere and the people who I dealt with. Will definitely go back for my next Toyota purchase, although I love my new truck so much that it may be quite a while till I go "Truck Shopping" again. Great price. Great attitude. Great total experience. More

Everyone I encountered at Dry Ridge Toyota was pleasant, prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. The finance manager was focused and well organized. The sales staff was very knowledgeable about the vehicles, a prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. The finance manager was focused and well organized. They did a great job of walking us through the functions and features of the vehicle before we drove it off the lot. I felt that the tone of the whole experience was friendly and consultative. Buying a car can be a stressful experience, but the employees at Dry Ridge Toyota do everything they can to take the stress out of the situation, making it a pleasant, customer-friendly experience, while providing good value at the same time. Aprroximately, a year ago I found and bought a used Solara convertible online from this dealer. The purchasing experience was normal no particular outstanding events. I have found most dealers are amenable to work with when you're buying a car. The true experience started when I brought the car back for maintenance. I have dealt with 5 dealers in my lifetime and this is where I find most dealers drop the ball. I could write a book about the poor experiences I have had at other dealers. I fact my last dealing was so bad I never wanted to trust another dealer. However, I truely think this dealer is doing something special. Recently, I had some standard maintenance and detailing performed and worked with Mark Elridge, Mike Griese and Cindy Lynch. They could not have been more helpful and friendly, all had a part in making the experience a good one. I was very happy with the staff and the work performed.They obviously have a good staff at the front desk, but also behind the scenes. I live 45 miles from this dealer and it's worth the trip to work with them. I highly recommend this dealer. More
I recently bought a 2013 Camry here, and have loved the service I have received thus far. I was able to bring my car in for service, get lunch, enjoy the fire, use WiFi to work on work, and enjoy free drin service I have received thus far. Mark was by far the best employee I have come in contact with at Dry Ridge Toyota. Due to previous rudeness experienced in the body shop, I have been avoiding getting any type of maintenance done there. I with at Dry Ridge Toyota. Due to previous rudeness experienced in the body shop, I have been avoiding getting any type of maintenance done there. It, however, was mandatory for me to get a transmission flush at the dealership, so I was forced to go back. It turned into a great experience though, because Mark was such a helpful, caring, and patient employee. I will definitely return for general maintenance needs and hopefully will experience the same kindness that Mark showed me and get to work with him again. More
