I was home on vacation and bought a Toyota Tacoma at Dry Ridge Toyota about a year ago. I am in the Army, however, so I do not get my Tacoma serviced regularly in Dry Ridge. I have been going to Rick Hendrick Toyota in Fayetteville, NC, and have been more than displeased with their facility. I recently returned home to Kentucky and was due for service. So I went back to Dry Ridge Toyota. Mark was EXCELLENT!! He repaired my left rear tire that the facility in NC said that they would not repair. He also informed me that my rotors and drive shaft were warped. The vehicle is only over a year old now, so the faults were deemed a manufacturing problem. I asked Mark to check the alignment also because the truck was shaking at 70 mph. He did find the alignment was off and gave me a discount on the alignment for all of my problems I have been through with the truck. Mind you I was on vacation for only four days when I took the truck in. Mark was quick and efficient in his work though. He did not think that receiving a drive shaft in time would happen before I had to leave. But, because he ordered it immediately he was able to receive it in time to change it out. I was able to make my drive back to North Carolina entirely reassured that nothing was wrong with the truck. Mark has changed my perspective of what service should be and I will no longer be going to Rick Hendrick Toyota to receive service. I will drive an hour to another dealership before I ever go there again! More

Both my wife and I have bought cars over the years, and we both agreed that this was the most pleasant experience we had ever had. From the time we walked into the door and met with Scott, we felt welcome we both agreed that this was the most pleasant experience we had ever had. From the time we walked into the door and met with Scott, we felt welcome and part of the family. There was no pressure or pushy sales tactics. Scott showed us our options, discussed what we were looking for, and explained things and answered any questions we had. When we took a test drive, he took us through town, along country roads and on the Interstate which gave us a true measure of the car in different conditions and situations. The negotiations were simple, he offered the car at a good price, explained what was included, and we agreed on the spot. Then Randy met with us and discussed some features we might want to consider. As it had been 8 years since we last bought a car, I appreciated his describing everything and showing us other cars that had the features that he was offering. His approach was 'here are the add-ons, here is the advantages, here is the price' and let us make up our own mind without trying to push us into anything. We did purchase some 'add-ons' and have never regretted it. Then Bonnie met with us. She is truly a delightful lady. She explained the contract in great detail, showed us a detailed breakdown of the costs, arranged financing through Toyota, and showed us how much we had saved with the 0% financing that was available to us. While we were talking to Bonnie, Scott got our car ready, and then he sat with us and gave us a "tour" of our new car, explaining the manuals, then how to operate the key features of the car. He even setup my wife and my smart phones to work with the Bluetooth system. We brought the car back the next evening so the add-ons could be completed on the following day. That's when we met with Mike. Like everyone else, he made us feel at home and explained what he was going to do and then loaned us a car similar to ours to use while they did the work. When we picked up the car that evening, everyone was there. We were encouraged by everyone to come back or call if we had any questions. I truly believe we found our dealer for the rest of our lives. I didn't plan to shop at Dry Ridge. I knew the exact car I wanted, and had requested a handful of quotes from other dealerships. I was familiar with all of the "hidden" fees in the business, and had already secured what would have been a fair deal at Kerry Toyota in Florence. Because I drove from the South, I passed Dry Ridge on my way to Florence. I walked in, knowing that it wouldn't hurt to show them Kerry's offer and see if they could work with it (besides, it would shorten my drive to buy a new car). I was very impressed when I first approached a salesman. He was very polite and offered to help us in just a few minutes after he finished working with another customer. In seconds, another sales man came outside. The first man that approached us asked if the other salesman would mind to assist us because he was busy. I didn't expect that. In a commission based business, my expectations were exceeded in basically seeing one salesman give his customer to another salesman just so we wouldn't have to wait. I would have gladly waited, but we didn't have to. We were introduced to Michael (not the sales manager, but a newer employee whos name is not yet listed on this website). We were both honest with each and told it like it was. In the end, they not only met Kerry's price, but beat it. Both the new salesman Michael, and the sales manager, Mike made us feel at home. They generally seemed sincere and excited about their business. It is the twenty-first century. To the customer who wants the best fair price, it is too easy to be well informed. Dry Ridge will work in those conditions. They appreciate someone giving them a chance to do business with them. Even though Dry Ridge gave me the best bottom line, the price isn't everything. I know that they will also offer great service. I am new to the area, and have bought new Toyotas all of my adult life. I will be relocating to Cincy in a very short while. It will be worth it to me to drive a little South for all of my service and future car needs. These guys give you a great deal, and just leave you feeling good inside. Go to the bargaining table very informed. Edmunds is a great place to start. And after you are informed, take your business to Dry Ridge. More
