Loyal Toyota customer not given true value of tradein. I have been a loyal customer driving 3 different toyotas in the past 12 years. The latest car I traded in 2 weeks ago was a 2009 red Yaris in excelle I have been a loyal customer driving 3 different toyotas in the past 12 years. The latest car I traded in 2 weeks ago was a 2009 red Yaris in excellent condition with only 31000 + miles on it. We went to Dry Ridge Toyota thinking we would get an honest value for our outstanding trade in, what we got was a less than honest appraisal for our vehicle. We only received $6500 for the vehicle, after the sales person told us we would be lucky to get $8000 for the car. We had examples of the lesser cars of this caliber sold for over $9000, we were told the BLUE BOOK does not have a sales lot for selling. What made me feel we were not told the truth was, the car being sold on the same lot 1 week later for $12,300. I feel it is one thing to make a profit, but to take advantage this much was uncalled for. More

I brought my car into the Dry Ridge Toyota Service Center today and had a great experience working with Mark Eldridge. This is my second time doing business with this dealership. I bought my first RAV4 from Bernie Lozier 16 years ago. Had the same SUV all that time with no problem. Brought it in to trade, and Mi dealership. I bought my first RAV4 from Bernie Lozier 16 years ago. Had the same SUV all that time with no problem. Brought it in to trade, and Mike Appleman came out to greet me. He was nice, polite, helpful and had a good sense of humor. He got me keys to drive and told me the route they took for test driving. Came back and he worked up figures to my satisfaction and I did all the paperwork with Bonnie Finnley, which took only 15 minutes. Washed and gased the car then Mike showed me some important features on the car than away I went. Even more affordable than it was 16 years ago. Oh, by the way, I got another RAV4 2012. I was home on vacation and bought a Toyota Tacoma at Dry Ridge Toyota about a year ago. I am in the Army, however, so I do not get my Tacoma serviced regularly in Dry Ridge. I have been going to Rick Hendri Ridge Toyota about a year ago. I am in the Army, however, so I do not get my Tacoma serviced regularly in Dry Ridge. I have been going to Rick Hendrick Toyota in Fayetteville, NC, and have been more than displeased with their facility. I recently returned home to Kentucky and was due for service. So I went back to Dry Ridge Toyota. Mark was EXCELLENT!! He repaired my left rear tire that the facility in NC said that they would not repair. He also informed me that my rotors and drive shaft were warped. The vehicle is only over a year old now, so the faults were deemed a manufacturing problem. I asked Mark to check the alignment also because the truck was shaking at 70 mph. He did find the alignment was off and gave me a discount on the alignment for all of my problems I have been through with the truck. Mind you I was on vacation for only four days when I took the truck in. Mark was quick and efficient in his work though. He did not think that receiving a drive shaft in time would happen before I had to leave. But, because he ordered it immediately he was able to receive it in time to change it out. I was able to make my drive back to North Carolina entirely reassured that nothing was wrong with the truck. Mark has changed my perspective of what service should be and I will no longer be going to Rick Hendrick Toyota to receive service. I will drive an hour to another dealership before I ever go there again! More
Excellent customer service provided by Mark Eldridge. I take all my vehicles over there for servicing and he gives good guide lines and maintenance advice. Even though there is a Toyota dealership in Florence closre to me but I drive 30 miles to Toyota Dryridge where the service is always Superb. Thank you Mark from me and my daughter and my family. From Gabe McClure to Mike Griese and Bonnie Finley I felt well taken care of and heard. As a matter of fact I have already given a family member Gabe's card. They were also great to my sons who were there with me and who are car crazy and actually had more questions than me. Particularly the teenager who will be driving in a year. I truly can't say enough positive things about them. I would have given them 6's on the points scale but the option was not there. More
