Drove an hour one way for best service around! The Toyota dealerships in and around Cincinnati I.e. KINGS seem to think they are above good customer service. Fed up we went South about an hour from our home. Seems like a big inconvenience but we weren’t going to compromise on quality so it had to be a Toyota, and we thought why put up with Rude, Cocky, Arrogant Sales people and managers who can’t be bothered with the details and pricing we felt were part of good customer service. Going South was the best decision we made! Marshall Dry Ridge Toyota listened, attentively, from the sales manager down they have their act together and made the car buying experience great! Mike Butts our sales person did an amazing job, if he didn’t know an answer he was immediately finding it for us. The whole team there at Toyota was So attentive and so full of team spirit you felt like you were buying a car from family or really good friends, and they gave us a really fair price without needing to endlessly negotiate or walk out the door to see if they are going to call you the next day with a fair price. The team at Marshall Toyota In Dry Ridge Ky. truly want to sell cars and it shows. The car buying experience should be like this, a great happy feeling of accomplishment, and satisfaction! We found it not so close to home but more than worth the drive! More
Poor customer service I knew and understood my situation, explained it to the salesman I spoke with. Give him all of my information and yet he still tried to sell an automo I knew and understood my situation, explained it to the salesman I spoke with. Give him all of my information and yet he still tried to sell an automobile that was completely out of reach. The frustration behind it is the promises and guarantees made without listening and not reviewing any information. When the sale fell through I reached back out several times and never received a response. I am very great full for that as another dealership was able to get me exactly what I wanted without a false offer or waisted time. Thank you for the terrible experience. More
Highly Do not Recommend this Dealership By far the WORST experience I have ever had with a dealership before, I worked a deal with a SALES Person Name GENO all day long, and his Sales MANAGE By far the WORST experience I have ever had with a dealership before, I worked a deal with a SALES Person Name GENO all day long, and his Sales MANAGER LARRY, I was looking at a brand new 2019 Camry, was looking for keep a particular payment, I was FIRM to this payment, we worked this deal all day long over the phone, I have ALL text messages proving this, I made it very clear, I WOULD not come if it was going to be something different when I got there, as I lived an HOUR away, and that I would not allow my credit to be pulled, until it was assured the payment would be where I needed to, the text message states they had my parents on the vehicle I WANTED where I wanted it to be, and :LIKELY LOWER as the text message says, I rushed off work, and drove up there as I was assured everything was set and stone, when I got there and ask for GENO they said he left, even though he had set this apt with me, However they got me with a sales person name josh, Josh pulled up the car we checked it out, everything was good, we went in, they handed me a credit app, I verified that this was going to be everything that GENO told me, I was assured yes it is, Because I was not going to do it if it was a penny more, and did not want to take a hit to my credit, Sure enough I signed because I was ASSURED it was, They pulled my credit, Excellent CREDIT, and the sales Manager LARRY, who worked this deal all day long, Comes out and Proceeds to tell me he can't get the payments to where I want them on this vehicle, and tries to push me on to a used vehicle that was an older camry, when I made it clear I was only going with the model I Came for, With the text and all of the proof that I was assured all these things, and the credit was pulled, Larry tried to blame it every way, that it was because his sales person GENO was new and did not know. This place is the BIGGEST JOKE. & Rather then taking resposibilty and making the situation right they just kept going in circles and trying to manipulate what the text say but it is CLEAR what the text said. DO NOT EVER SHOP HERE. EVER . WORST Experience EVER, Not to mention I drove the HOUR, I did not want to, my CREDIT was pulled when I did not want it to be unless the deal was set and stone. & Wasted 3 hours of my time there that I can not get back, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE they LIE through there teeth. More

Don’t go there!!! This place is a joke. They tell you what you want to hear and then as soon as the sale is final your a stranger! I bought a as is car... which I under This place is a joke. I bought a as is car... which I understand that concept however two miles into driving it off the lot, the check engine light came on. I took it to auto zone for Them to tell me that it was the theromostat. I called the dealership as soon as they opened the next day. They said bring it in and we will take care of it. Lies. The sales manager says we gave you a free dionostic test and you have to pay for it. However they said that they would work with me and not charge as much as they would normally. Are you kidding me. Lied again. They said it cost 400 and they will do it for 285. Ha they thought they got me but I called another mechanic and they said it would be 285. I guess they thought because I was a women and wouldn’t know the difference that they could trick me into thinking they were giving me a discount. Never ever will I shop there again!! More

I've been to that service center with other Toyota's and I never have any trouble with them. A lot of the service guys have been there for years, so they know Toyota's and they're good at what they do. They can take their experience from the previous Toyota models that they've worked on. They have a little gym and wifi and a little restaurant and she's very nice lady. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. More
Cutting corners and half-assed services Horrible experience!!!! I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) from this dealership. The 160 point checklist, required by Toyota, was incomplete half Horrible experience!!!! I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) from this dealership. The 160 point checklist, required by Toyota, was incomplete half filled out, but signed off as good by the technician, and the used car sales manager. This is a direct indication of how they do things there. The technician isn't expected to complete the checklist. Why? Because the used car sales manager signs off on it, and calls it good. No need to complete it....it's good enough for out customers. The incomplete checklist lead to an argument between me and the dealership about point 110 (two working master keys). They claimed they didn't owe me another key, and I called them out on it. They blamed bad corporate communication, blah blah blah. It was a joke. I had to drive 4 hours round trip back to the dealership, wait two hours, to get a key that doesn't work in the tailgate or glove compartment. I'm done with this place, and never going back. They claim to have their customers best interest in mind. If that was the case, you would complete the 160 point checklists and be completely transparent about it. Their sales tactics are desperate and frustrating. They made me initial every little change in order to keep me from backing out. They would literally hand write a short, generic agreement on the paperwork and make me initial it. If you go there, ask questions, and be careful what you sign before you are ready to buy. Ask for the 160 point checklist for CPOs upfront and don't be surprised when its incomplete. More

The sales team were genuinely friendly and warm, and they made sure that I was comfortable and stress free as possible. They never once tried to pressure me, or made me feel uncomfortable.
