My initial experience at Dry Ridge Toyota was great. When it came time for them to follow through on the commitments made everything changed. I took my truck in for the Xzion paint protection (value stated it came time for them to follow through on the commitments made everything changed. I took my truck in for the Xzion paint protection (value stated at $500) and had a simple question regarding the warranty. (Actually, the fact that there wasn’t one.) I was bounced from person to person and it was clear my business was no longer a priority. Eryk Rotondo, in service, told me I had to talk to my salesperson, Trey Marshall. Trey was not there, so I asked to speak to the sales manager I made the deal with, Adam Davis. Adam told me he changed positions and was no longer able to help me. I was then passed off to Chris Hartsfield or Matt Sensel. I specifically pointed out to Adam that he and I made this agreement. Adam said it didn’t matter. So I talked to Matt who agreed to give me the warranty. I asked for paperwork to substantiate that and was very reluctantly given the document. Unfortunately, things got even worse at this point. I was told the application would only take 1 and a half hours. I watched as my truck was moved twice and then pulled into a bay hidden in back and left sitting, no technicians were in sight. After 40 minutes, it began to look as if they were going to pull my truck back out without the actual application even being applied. I returned to the service desk and asked Eryk if someone was working on my truck. He said yes and I pointed out this was not accurate. Eryk then took me back to Matt. At this point, Trey did arrive. I explained what I was seeing and Trey agreed this didn’t look good. Matt repeatedly said they don’t do business like that. Trey offered to buy me lunch and I declined and pointed out that I was reluctant to let them complete the application at this point. He asked what else he could do to make this right. I told him he still had a chance to do so and asked about getting step bumpers instead. Matt offered the lowest price set through another company. I didn’t like the set they offered and pointed out a set that was through Toyota at $750, which was only $250 more than the paint protection was supposed to be worth. He became very upset and said he couldn’t do that. Matt then told me I wasn’t going to come back as a repeat customer anyway, so I could take it or leave it. In reality the paint protection can be purchase online for $50. My overall after-purchase experience was horrible. It was clear that once Dry Ridge Toyota had my money, I was no longer important. So for the second time, my wife and I just bought a new car from Larry Lawson. This will make the tenth car that we have owned. It is hard to find a car dealership that will take time out of their day and car from Larry Lawson. This will make the tenth car that we have owned. It is hard to find a car dealership that will take time out of their day and just talk to you as a person to find out what your needs are. We have been talking to Larry for about six months on new cars and used cars and what we needed for our family. So when we walk in Larry has it down to two cars that we like. We just need to talk about which one is the better fit. When it came down to the price of the car and what we were going to pay per month we were treated very well. There was no pressure or anyone saying this is the best price we can do. Instead we were asked what is the best price that you can afford a month. They started to show us how many different options we had to chose from. We chose one that best suited us for our monthly expenditures. It was nice to go through the whole event without all the bull…. My wife and I were talking on the way home in our new sienna and we both just realized that we did not get angry or get upset. She negotiated the delicate balance of salesmanship qualities without aggressive, intimidating tactics. Anna spent undivided attention with us, answered all questions, sought phone numbers on the internet so that family members could be consulted. This done in the privacy of a conference room. Anna saw to it that small items we wanted fixed were taken care of with no additional charge. When we needed a small repair after the sale was completed, we turned to Anna for help and she set up a service appointment and once again assured us that the repairs would be free of charge ( in accordance with existing warranties on our certified car and the service warranty we had purchased.) For me, going through the process of purchasing a car with Anna was like having a friend or family member by my side. She was patient, reassuring, understood concerns I had, gave me information I needed to make an informed decision and, in the end, helped me purchase a car that I love. Carol Elie More
Best ever experience I've had from a car dealer. I feel confident that I got a good deal (more so than Kerry Toyota in Florence, where I will never go again!) Dry Ridge got me out of my huge loan from Ker confident that I got a good deal (more so than Kerry Toyota in Florence, where I will never go again!) Dry Ridge got me out of my huge loan from Kerry with a lemon car they would not fix properly. I will continue to visit Dry Ridge Toyota (even though is 40 miles away) for all my car / truck needs. Everyone was great - the dealership is kid friendly, they demonstrated all of the features in the car, had me drive it a few times, and made sure we were 100% happy before we left. At Kerry, once you sign the papers, you're non-existant. Thanks Dry Ridge! More
The last Toyota I purchased was from Kerry Toyota and I had a bad time buying the truck. My friend had suggested I come to Dry Ridge so I drove the extra miles and I am VERY glad I did!! Kyle, Mike & Steve were very helpful, pleasant and fast with helping me with the purchase of my Venza. I Love Toyota but the thought of going back to Kerry made me upset! I am so glad to find these guys and I will spread the word that they are GREAT!!! My dealings with Angie were awsome, I spoke with her on the phone and she was very pleasent and answered all my questions. She went out of her way to help me and when I went to the dealership I had to meet her and thank her in person. I have owned my own business for 17 years, and I feel that customer service is number one and that shows at this dealership too!! Thanks More
What can we say? This is the third vehicle we have purchased from Larry and, obviously, he always makes us feel comfortable. Whether we are there for routine service or one of the dealership's events, purchased from Larry and, obviously, he always makes us feel comfortable. Whether we are there for routine service or one of the dealership's events, Larry makes it a point to say hello. He's a great guy and always makes us feel welcome. (As a matter of fact, everyone in the dealership makes us feel welcome.) He never makes us feel pressured, but listens and knows what we are interested in, addresses any concerns we may have and works with us to come up with a price we are truly comfortable with. He is thorough going over the features and paperwork and takes the time to make sure we understand everything he goes over. He even made sure we had the Bluetooth hooked up before we drove our new car off the lot. Thanks Larry! And thanks to Steve who didn't rush us through the financial paperwork, answered our silly questions and made buying a new car easy. And thanks Rob. More
Anna Hatcher listened to what we wanted when we told her what kind of vehicle we needed. She went out and found something she thought we would be interested. We were, but because of our budget, we weren't what kind of vehicle we needed. She went out and found something she thought we would be interested. We were, but because of our budget, we weren't able to make the payments. Anna had Steve Payne working on our credit and payment plan. The two of them found another vehicle that was in our price range. We talked back and forth about our budget and what we could afford. Steve did not belittle our need to stay within our budget and respected the fact that we had other responsibilities that had to met. They found a Toyota 4 Runner that met our needs and was within our budget. Steve worked his magic on numbers and came up with a payment (including GAP insurance) that we could work afford that was within our budget. Anna had told us she was going to do everything she could to put us in a car this day. My daughter had totalled our van and we had no trade in and a small downpayment. This did not stop Anna and Steve from putting us in that 4 Runner. They went above and beyond the call of duty for us today. They never made us feel like we had to give more than we felt comfortable with, when we said "Can't do it" they tried and tried again without making us feel like a bother. After thinking about the comparison of the first vehicle we looked and the 4Runner we drove home, we feel we did get the better deal due to gas mileage. We are very pleased with our purchase and highly recommend Anna and Steve to anyone that shops at Dry Ridge Toyota. We are vey blessed to have walked into Dry Ridge Toyota on the last day of 2011! We met some great people and got a vehicle we can enjoy with our grandkids for several years to come. Thanks to Anna and Steve for being so kind and patient and going that extra mile to make our visit a great one! Also, the fact that they didn't try to sale us a vehicle that we didn't want or need "just to make a sale" was great and very respectful. We greatly appreciate them! More

Larry took the time to listen to what a woman wants: comfort, dependability, practicality and style and what a man wants: warranties, service schedules and engine power. He put me in the RAV4 and it was a perfect fit. Larry didn’t jerk us around nor was he evasive as had been our experience as other dealerships. The sale wouldn’t have happened though without Steve. Steve took the time to talk with me extensively on the phone prior to our visit and answered the plethora of questions I had regarding financing. He worked out a deal for us I never expected. He was efficient, kind and professional and was the icing on the cake of our Dry Ridge Toyota experience.
