I am a long time customer of Toyota's having purchased my first in 1977 and many since that time. I have purchased from five of the dealerships in the Cincinnati area and this one is by far the finest I have first in 1977 and many since that time. I have purchased from five of the dealerships in the Cincinnati area and this one is by far the finest I have purchased from. From the time you walk onto the lot to the time you leave you feel welcome and appreciated. The negotiations are the least stressfull I have experienced while still getting a fair deal. This makes 3 vehicles purchased from this dealership even thought they are now an hours drive away for me I will use them again in the future. More
From start to finish a great experience. I contacted them online and informed them I prefered to be contacted by email. They honored the internet price, and gave me a fair price for my trade. The best part of the tranaction was they hooked me up with the Toyota special interest rate. What I'm saying is, they are professional and they know what they are doing. Go there with reasonable expectations, and you'll get exceptional results. We went in with intentions of buying a Corolla, but Gabe convinced us the Camry would be a better choice for us, and he was right. I do not think we would have been happy with the Corolla. His knowledge of the Toyota cars was impressive considering he is fairly new to the dealership. We would certainly recommend this dealership to others andsend them to Gabe. More

Bernie clearly communicated all aspects of the sale of a 2012 Sienna LE. He walked us through the process, after we agreed on a price. I have been driving Toyotas for 12 years and I wanted to trade in one of my Camry's for a used certified Venza. There was initially some difficulty coming to an agreement about the price/payment, but we wor trade in one of my Camry's for a used certified Venza. Trey Marshall was my sales associate and he was absolutely wonderful and patient I might add. He showed/test drove at least 6 vehicles with me before I knew I wanted the Venza. It was cold and windy and he continued to greet me with a smile with each vehicle. Adam Davis in finance was also wonderful in explaining everything to me about the financing/costs of my trade-in and new purchase. This is my third vehicle I have purchased from Dry Ridge Toyota and I will continue to be a happy Toyota driver/owner. Thank You Rob Marshall!!!! More

Was good, allowed us to test drive multiple vehicles and were very patient with us. We got a good price and over all it was a comfortable experience.
