I came to this dealership wanting to do an even-trade with a 04 minivan with less than 100k on it and tried trading for an 02 SUV with 250k on it. After waiting two hours, the manager finally said that I'd have to pay a handful of ridiculous fees in order to do anything. I ended up walking out, after spending over 3 hours at their location. I would not recommend Dry Ridge Toyota, South I-75 Dodge or Marshall Motors. Why? They are only about PROFIT! My son and I tried to buy a truck and they sat on they're price, low balled his trade and wouldn or Marshall Motors. Why? They are only about PROFIT! After trying to reach Rob Marshall to question why, he returned no calls! Then a couple days later a customer relations guy (Josh) called my son to see what happened and set up an "appointment" with a confirmation # to come in and try to work out a deal? Well, we tried again and showed up for the appointment, however, a day before we noticed the truck disappeared online? When we walked in we were greeted by Mark (salesman), he ushered us in an office and started looking up the confirmation #, he FAILED to tell us that the truck was SOLD until I asked him! So, we expressed our disappointment and left. I called Rob Marshall again, left ANOTHER voice mail about what had just happened, but, I do not expect any response. So, hopefully you see just what your dealing with here! Also, this is the third vehicle they have lost our business on, in which case we went on to find a lot better price and buying experience on the other two, so, shop around IT DON"T HAVE TO BE THIS WAY! I had a bad purchase experience with this dealer. Was pressured to make a decision on a purchase after my first visit/test drive with this dealer because they wanted my trade-in vehicle. They offered me extra money off on a deal only if I purchased that very day. Unfortunately, I fell for it and ended up with a vehicle I wasn't even sure I really wanted. Beware of dealers who aren't willing to give you time to think about your purchase!!! More
