After having our previous car totaled, the options as far as a new car seemed endless. Until we met Greg here at South 75. He wasted no time figuring out exactly what we wanted and made it clear that making as a new car seemed endless. Until we met Greg here at South 75. At no point did we ever feel like just a "dollar sign." After two hours of work on behalf of the South 75 team (which included cutting our down payment in half and working after hours) we were driving away in a 2013 Jeep Wrangler which is so much more than we ever expected! When it was time to sign papers, we were still impressed. Jeff thoroughly explained every single document and why we were signing it. Again, we felt like people and not just a paycheck. Every question we could have had was answered thoroughly and intelligently. The car industry can really learn from men like Greg and Jeff. Without a doubt, I will be recommending this dealership, Greg especially, to everyone we know! Again, thank you both so very much! More
I was very happy with the service and the help of me checking out for a new car. This is my very first Brand New Car and they made my purchase of the New Dodge Dart a Great Joy I had when I came in to g checking out for a new car. This is my very first Brand New Car and they made my purchase of the New Dodge Dart a Great Joy I had when I came in to give them the keys to my old 1994 BMW convertible which was having issues but loved it to getting the New Dodge Dart. They had it in the showroom when I came to pick it up I was like a little kid in a Candy Store. I love the car and it is great on Gas and rides so nice and it is so comfortable to ride in too. I have a lot of people coming to check it out because this is the first they have come out with it since 1976. They are Beautiful. I would recommend the car to anyone wanting a good gas mileage and comfortable ride. The crew was great and Dwight was a great saleman. More

Purchased my 4th Dodge Ram Truck from South 75 on 7.20.12. If you want to buy a vehicle from South 75, talk to John Jergensen. He sold me 3 of the 4 trucks I had purchased. Each and everytime he was professional,kind, very informative and did everything he could do to make sure I got the truck I was looking for.However, It is very unfortunate when it comes to working on a price he has to answer to the powers above(Doug, Fred) and he gets caught in the crossfire. My biggest disappointment during this purchase was, when we were talking price, I had to remind Doug and Fred, this was my 4th truck in the past 3 years and use that as leverage to get a good deal on my trade in(they initially tride to low ball me by $5,000.00 on my trade in) and the vehicle I was purchasing.If a customer has to remind the dealer about all the past purchases, then that tells me, they do not take into consideration whether you are a return customer or not.That tells me, customer loyalty doen't mean squat! John jergensen is a very valuable asset to South 75, but I will not be returning to purchase any other vehicles from South 75.John I suggest you find a job with a dealership that will appreciate your professionalism and a dealership that appreciates a return customer. Tom was very kind and no high pressure sales tactics were used and they honored all the prices and discounts that were published online. Jeff Aylor was very accommadating, we completed most of the paper work the first day and allowed us to complete them the next day, also he was very organized and had all the paperwork lined up for us when we were ready to sign the financing paperwork. The only down side was the length of time it took to get at the begining of the sale. More

I RECEIVED A BIRTHDAY GREETING IN THE MAIL, I CALLED THEM UP TO SAY THAT WAS VERY NIC GREAT PERSONALITY. SHE IS THE REASON I PURCHASED A NEW AVENGER. I RECEIVED A BIRTHDAY GREETING IN THE MAIL, I CALLED THEM UP TO SAY THAT WAS VERY NICE AND I ENDED UP BUYING A NEW CAR.. FRED AND SUSAN WERE VERY POSITIVE ABOUT ME BEING ABLE TO GET THE LOAN. CC WAS MY SALES GIRL, AND SHE WAS ALSO GREAT.. I THINK I WAS HER FIRST SALE!! I HAVE NOW PURCHASED 2 CARS FROM SOUTH I-75,1 USED AND 1 NEW. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience. I felt like Corey gave me a great deal, both on my trade-in and the vehicle I bought. Pat Valpreda was very friendly too, but a couple issues with him kept me from rating this as a "great" experience. Whenever he set up my finance, I informed him I wanted a bank that didn't charge an early payoff fee. I could have financed it through my credit union that I know doesn't charge that fee, but he got me the same rate and told me twice that they do not charge the fee. Well, when I got home and called them, they do charge it. I like paying extra on my vehicles to get them payed off early, so I wasn't too happy about that. And maybe that was just an honest mistake on his part. But the other thing that happened, I don't feel was an honest mistake. He convinced me to buy an extended warranty, which is fine as it does give me a sense of security. But, during the paperwork process, that was the only form he had me sign before he typed the infomation on it...which made me suspicious. So, after he laid it face down on my pile of papers, I picked it up to read the details. He didn't inform me that every time I would take the car in for any warranty work, I would have to pay a $200 fee. I feel like he tried to pull one over on me and I'm sure I'm not the first customer this has happened to. If I would have been like a lot of people and not read that, I would be really upset down the road when I needed my car worked on. That warranty would be useless for little things that need repaired that cost under $300. But, he did get me another warranty where I only have to pay $100 fee....although a $0 fee would have made me happier. I hope that down the road I don't discover another stipulation with the warranty that I wasn't informed about. I think the customer has right to be informed about all the fees and the dealership has a duty to tell them. I would still buy at this dealership again, but I would definitely read through the paperwork thoroughly. More
