After a recent car wreck, I brought my car to the dealership for service. They looked it over from top to bottom and told me what needed to be repaired. The estimate was dead on. My son was looking to purchase his first car. What was very impressive is that we never felt pressured. Greg did a super job around customer experience and we had a great experience. Once we decided on a car, Greg worked hard on our behalf and got a a fair deal worked out with his manager. We had some issues witht he car that we wanted addressed from small dings to engine light issue and the dealership stepped up to make sure they were fixed and repaired. I have bought used cars before and never received the service I got on fixing everything we idenitified with no push back from the dealership. Once we got to closing, Patrick did a great job explaining everything and making it painless. We picked up the car and it looked great! I would not hesitate going back to South-75 again and would definitely recommend Greg to anyone. More

My wife was looking for a Toyota Highlander. She initially found one at the Toyota Dealer in Dry Ridge but discovered it was a newer body style she didn't like. After talking to them for a bit, they referred us to South 75 Chrysler Dodge-Jeep as they had just taken in a Highlander of the year range that met our interest. I called that dealership and they quickly sent photos to us and answered all our questions. Within the hour my wife and I were in Crittenden (having come from Lexington) looking and driving the Highlander that we eventually purchased. We were very pleased with the Sales Staff and their willingness to let us drive and inspect the vehicle to our content. Needless to say we made a purchase that day. We were pleased that the dealership ordered new floor mats for our Highlander. For their high degree of politeness, willingness to let us inspect the vehicle to our satisfaction, and their lack of high pressure sales technique, I rate this dealership very high. Next time I am in the market for a car, I will check with these folk first. They deserve my loyalty. More

The overall experience was quite satisfactory and I greatly appreciate the dealer working within my very limited time budget. The used 2007 Jeep Wrangler I purchased was almost ready to go as soon as greatly appreciate the dealer working within my very limited time budget. The used 2007 Jeep Wrangler I purchased was almost ready to go as soon as I arrived. My only complaint was that I was told a new top was installed on the Jeep however none of the bolts on the bow frames were tightened so the bows fell apart which caused considerable paint damage to the sides of the Jeep. Also of note, when I got the Jeep home I found it to be 1 1/2 qts. low on oil, the coolant was considerably below the 'min' line and none of the tires had even close to the same tire pressure. I would rate the sales experience as very high, however I have serious doubts about the quality of work that may be done at their service department. Based on my paint damage and other issues I question the detail with which they perform their job even on the simplest of tasks. This is unfortunate since due to their warranty requirement I have to allow these people to perform my oil change and I doubt their ability to even do this simple task with any degree of competence. In summary, I would certainly recommend and purchase a new vehicle at this dealer however I am very hesitant to allow the service department to perform ANY work on my vehicle. More
