Excellent Customer Service I took my car in for its first oil change and was met with a very nice young man who was obviously there to ensure that my needs were met. He asked q I took my car in for its first oil change and was met with a very nice young man who was obviously there to ensure that my needs were met. He asked questions and took notes regarding my car, showed me where to go to wait until my car was done and 40 minutes later, he came and explained to me everything that was done to my car. The only thing that I would have Marshal Mize do differently is put free coffee out for your waiting customers. It is a nice touch, especially on cold, rainy days. More
